How do I request an ambulance?

Open the Ambulance Wala app, tap the emergency button on the home screen, select your ambulance type, confirm your pickup location, and submit your request. A nearby driver will be dispatched to your location immediately.

What ambulance types are available?

We offer five types of ambulances to suit different needs:

  • Basic — Essential emergency transport with first aid, stretcher, and oxygen.
  • Standard — Equipped with cardiac monitor, IV setup, and suction machine.
  • Premium — Advanced life support with ventilator, defibrillator, and full ICU setup.
  • Wheelchair — Accessible transport with wheelchair ramp and secure fastening.
  • Incubator — Neonatal critical care with incubator and temperature control.

How do I track my ambulance?

Once your request is accepted by a driver, a live map will appear showing the ambulance's real-time location and estimated time of arrival. You will also receive notifications as the driver approaches.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently support Easypaisa and JazzCash mobile wallets for cashless payments. Cash payments are also accepted.

How do I update my medical profile?

Go to your profile settings in the app and tap "Medical Profile." You can add or update your blood type, allergies, emergency contacts, and existing medical conditions. This information is shared with the ambulance crew during emergencies to ensure you receive the best possible care.

How do I cancel a ride?

You can cancel a ride from the active ride screen before the ambulance arrives. Please note that repeated cancellations may affect your account standing, as our drivers are dedicating their time and resources to reach you.

How do I become a driver?

Download the Ambulance Wala Pro app from the App Store or Google Play. Complete the registration process, submit the required documents for verification, and once approved you can start accepting ride requests.
