1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AmbulanceWala or AmbulanceWala Pro (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AmbulanceWala is a technology platform that connects patients requiring emergency medical transport with ambulance service providers in Karachi, Pakistan. We facilitate the connection but do not directly provide medical transport services.

AmbulanceWala Pro is the companion application for registered ambulance drivers to receive and fulfill ride requests.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.
  • Drivers must possess a valid Pakistani driving license, vehicle registration, and relevant medical transport certifications.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Service Usage

For Patients

  • Provide accurate location and medical information when requesting an ambulance.
  • Do not misuse the emergency service for non-emergency purposes.
  • Be present and accessible at the designated pickup location.
  • Treat ambulance drivers and medical personnel with respect.

For Drivers

  • Maintain valid licenses, certifications, and vehicle insurance.
  • Keep your ambulance in safe, operational condition at all times.
  • Respond to accepted ride requests promptly and professionally.
  • Follow all applicable traffic laws and medical transport regulations.

6. Payments and Fees

Fares are calculated based on ambulance type, distance, and other factors displayed before ride confirmation. Payment is processed through supported methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, or cash). AmbulanceWala retains a service fee from each transaction.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure with reasonable notice to users.

7. Cancellation Policy

Patients may cancel a ride request before an ambulance is dispatched at no charge. Cancellations after dispatch may incur a cancellation fee. Repeated misuse of the cancellation system may result in account restrictions.

8. Medical Disclaimer

AmbulanceWala is a transport coordination platform and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The medical profile feature is provided for informational purposes to assist emergency responders. Always call emergency services (1122) for life-threatening emergencies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, AmbulanceWala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with AmbulanceWala are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
